This process links you the company to the Philippines Recruitment company JTC International Manpower Services Inc. This legally allows you to import labour services of the Filipino National.

JTC International maintains a computerized database search facility which is updated daily and we are able to identify registered candidates possessing the necessary credentials to be presented to the client.

IMMIGRATION PROCESS
EMPLOYER SPONSORSHIP FOR OVERSEAS SKILLED WORKERS
We assist Australian businesses in sponsoring skilled overseas workers through the Department of Home Affairs employer-sponsored visa programs.
Our partner Registered Migration Agents guide employers through the sponsorship, nomination, and visa process to ensure full compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
LABOUR MARKET TESTING(LMT)
Before submitting a nomination, employers must demonstrate they attempted to hire Australian citizens or permanent residents.
This usually involves:
- Advertising the role on approved recruitment platforms
- Providing evidence, the position is genuine and required for the business
- Showing that no suitable local candidate was available
EMPLOYER NOMINATION
A nomination identifies the position within the business that will be filled by an overseas skilled worker.
Employers may need to:
- Become an approved Standard Business Sponsor, or
- Establish a Labour Agreement with the Department of Home Affairs.
The nominated position must be genuine, full-time, and listed on the eligible skilled
SALARY REQUIREMENTS
The nominated role must meet the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT).
- As per the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA).
- Salary must also match the Australian market rate for the occupation
SKILLING AUSTRALIA FUND (SAF) LEVY
Employers are required to pay the Skilling Australia Fund (SAF) levy when nominating overseas workers.
This government levy supports training and skills development for the Australian workforce. Rates vary pending annual turnover.
EMPLOYEE VISA APPLICATION
Once the nomination is approved, the overseas worker can apply for a visa.
The Skills in Demand visa (which replaced the TSS 482 visa) allows Australian employers to sponsor skilled workers for up to 4 years, with potential pathways to permanent residency.
Applicants are first screened through our recruitment partners in the Philippines, and the Registered Migration Agent manages the visa application process.
EMPLOYER ACCREDITATION TO RECRUIT FILIPINO WORKERS
To legally recruit workers from the Philippines, employers must complete an accreditation process with the Philippine government through our recruitment partner, JTC International Manpower Services Inc.
This process links the employer with the licensed Philippine recruitment agency and ensures compliance with overseas employment regulations.

JTC manages the accreditation process through the Philippine Embassy and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
Once the Job Order Deck is officially accredited, the recruitment and selection of Filipino workers can begin.

Our process combines a computerized candidate database, targeted advertising, and professional screening to ensure only the most suitable applicants are presented to the employer.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Job Briefing – The employer provides a detailed position brief including job description, salary, and employment package.
- Candidate Search – Qualified candidates are identified through our internal database and external recruitment channels.
- Screening & Assessment – Applications are screened and shortlisted based on experience, qualifications, and suitability.
- Skills Testing – Candidates may undergo English language, theoretical, and practical skills testing.
- Reference Checks – Employment history and references are verified.
- Shortlisting – A shortlist of suitable candidates is presented to the employer.
- Employer Interviews – The employer conducts final interviews and selects the preferred candidate.
POST-SELECTION PROCESS
Once a candidate is selected
- Appointment letters are issued to successful applicants
- Pre-employment medical checks are arranged
- Full medical examinations are completed once the visa is issued
- Required documents are prepared for visa processing and passport stamping
This process ensures employers receive qualified, verified, and job-ready workers.
PRE-DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL SUPPORT
The Philippine office prepares successful candidates for their deployment to ensure they are fully ready to work overseas.
Before departure, JTC manages all administrative and statutory requirements required by Philippine authorities.

- Completion of required documentation and processing
- Pre-departure orientation and briefing for candidates
- Guidance on travel, employment expectations, and responsibilities

ONGOING SUPPORT
After deployment, JTC International Workforce supply, continues to support both the employer and the employee through follow-up procedures to monitor the worker’s adjustment, capability, and performance.
